Novelli products are manufactured to the Standards Australia licensing, which meets all the requirements to comply with two audits annually by Australian Standards and hold Watermark Licenses W139 and W233 - which are issued by Quality Assurance Services. These licenses are the equivalent of ISO 9002. It is this strict quality that has made our product proudly specified in a large number of products both in Australia and Asia.
Novelli manufacturing plant in Italy and uses state of the art manufacturing systems and machines to produce quality faucets. The company's head office maintains its research and development facilities, as well as its laboratories.
Included in the outstanding range of Novelli's single lever mixers have soft closing cartridges, which Incorporates a hydraulic action (exclusive to Novelli) oil system, tested to withstand water hammer action. This revolutionary cartridge also includes temperature adjustment, which is excellent for high pressure areas.
Novelli has a 12 month Manufacturing Warranty on all our Product Range and a 5 year warranty on our Ceramic Disc Cartridges.
